Following two years of exceptional growth, Happy Money's website was in desperate need of a facelift. Between a new creative aesthetic and a fresh voice and tone, it was time to reintroduce ourselves to the FinTech industry.
When working on large-scale projects, I rely the power of outlines. Here, my initial outline was based on the existing website and key company pillars. Then, I re-opened my exploration into customer pain points, key statistics, and the requirements of our credit union partners.
