Ahead of the relaunch of the KiwiCo Panda Crate brand (for ages 0-36 months), I was asked to create a messaging hierarchy and copy library that would then translate to the site, marketing, and PR experience.
After researching our competitors in the baby space, I began playing around with nostalgic-feeling words and phrases before landing on the concept of building blocks. After that, I built a messaging hierarchy, wrote summaries for every baby product we offered in each crate, and highlighted the developmental skills that the grown up and baby would experience as they grew together.
