My aim was to refresh the KiwiCo Inc. brand while also differentiating our new program experience from our previous lines, while maintaining a fun and friendly brand voice throughout.
With nearly zero guidance (outside of the existing website and some long-form descriptions of our existing lines) I ideated, researched, and eventually created a new brand identity that felt like KiwiCo Inc. but aligned to the internal and external perception of the brand. I also created four distinct program hierarchies to better differentiate the new customer experience.
